You may recall a little while back we interviewed Jessica Pan and Rachel Kapelke-Dale, authors of Graduates in Wonderland, a funny book about funny girls and their post-college adventures.  They are both massive Gilmore Girls fans and their dream to have Gilmore Girls creator Amy Sherman-Palladino translate their book the screen led to a conversation with Amy which you can read all about later.  They’re very witty, you’ll want to read their book afterwards.

A true Gilmore Girl, Jessica waited until Christmas to watch A Year In The Life to watch it with her mom (awwww) and now together they’ve posted their own opinions and outrages because like a lot of us, you can’t watch it and not want to talk about it.  Lorelai is infectious.

We didn’t want to weigh into an already saturated pool of recaps. We really didn’t. But in the end, we had to because a lot of people wrote about their feelings on this and yet somehow, somehow, major points have not yet been addressed.

It’s a great collection of thoughts and thought provocations – a lot of agreement with out commenters – what they liked, especially what they didn’t, and Other.  For example:

Taylor does not age.

Lorelai’s hair looks good. Maybe better than it ever did in the original series.

We’d kill for Logan’s flat in London. Fireplace? Huge sofa? Spacious? How? WHERE?

Check out their thoughts on their site here.  And for our interview about their chat with Amy Sherman-Palladino, right here baby.
